Description 500 ha of residential and mixed use development.

The development site located approximately 45 minutes drive from Makassar City Centre; it is strong for its natural landscape surrounded by a premium golf course that held a PGA tournament in 2012. The masterplan focus on showcasing the mixed use in the 'front door' of the main road while keeping the high end residential far inside of the development (closer to the Golf Course). This strategy is to have a serene and exclusive living overlooking to the golf course.
